2. Subject matter

These General Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between The Little Village and any person making a reservation via the-little-village.com. They define the rights and obligations of the parties as part of the Children's Activities Reservation offered by The Little Village.

3. Booking process

  1. Selection of activity : Customers choose the activity and the desired date on the site.
  2. Seizing personal information : The following information is required to validate the reservation: surname, first name, e-mail address and telephone number.
  3. Payment : Payment is made online by credit card (immediate payment).
  4. Confirmation : Once the booking is validated, the customer receives confirmation by e-mail and SMS.

4. Fees and payments

  • Prices displayed on the website are shown in euros (€) and include all taxes (TCT).
  • Payment is due in full at the time of booking.
  • Payments are secured via Stripe.

5. Cancellation and modification

Cancellation or modification by the customer

  • Guests can change or cancel their booking at any time via a dedicated link in the confirmation email or by contacting The Little Village directly.
  • In case of cancellation, a total reimbursement is carried out within 10 working days.
 

No request for cancellation

  • If the customer does not attend the activity on the scheduled date and has not requested cancellation in advance, no refund will be made.
 

Cancellation by The Little Village

  • The Little Village reserves the right to cancel a reservation for exceptional reasons (force majeure, unavailability of activity).
  • In case of cancellation by us, compensation will be offered to the customer in the form of:
    • Full reimbursement.
    • Reprogramming activity on another date.

6. Liability

Responsibility of The Little Village

  • The Little Village cannot be held responsible for any errors made by the customer when booking (bad entry of personal information, incorrect date choice, etc.).
  • In the event of a technical breakdown or force majeure preventing the normal course of activity, our responsibility is limited to the reimbursement or reprogramming of the activity.

Customer responsibility

  • The customer undertakes to provide accurate information when booking.
  • Clients and participants must comply with local rules and schedules for the activity.
  • Any conduct that does not comply with the rules could result in an exclusion without entitlement to reimbursement.

7. Major Force

The Little Village cannot be held responsible for any breach of its obligations in the event of force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, etc.) affecting the conduct of activities.

8. Applicable law and dispute resolution

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
  • In the event of a dispute, the customer may use a consumer mediator or the competent court located within the jurisdiction of The Little Village.

9. Personal data

For any reservation, The Little Village collects personal data in accordance with its privacy policy. These data are used only to process reservations and to contact customers.

10. Acceptance of GTCs

By making a reservation on the website, the customer acknowledges that he has read and accepted these Terms and Conditions without reservation.
